All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our Perth, WA base via Australia Post, with full tracking provided. Custom-made items may take longer—see product pages for details. You'll receive tracking updates via email and SMS. Deliveries are set to Authority to Leave by default, but you can update preferences once your tracking link is active.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with full tracking via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Rates start at $15 AUD for New Zealand and $15.50 AUD for other countries, based on parcel weight and capped at 500g. Once your parcel clears customs, it's handed off to your local postal service for final delivery. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy & Information at SunSafe Australia

60-Day Returns At SunSafe Australia, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 60-day return policy for all items, provided they are returned in their original, resellable condition—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. SunSafe Australia does not offer exchanges, only returns and refunds. Once you have initiated your return, If you require an exchange, please take this opportunity to order your new replacement products now.

Return Conditions

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned as received, with no signs of wear or use, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns that do not meet our standards (including items that require cleaning, ironing, or re-tagging) will incur a 10% restocking fee per item.

Return Process

  • Initiate Your Return: Complete the enclosed return form with details including your name, order number, and reason for the return. Place this form inside your return package.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Packaging: You may reuse the original packaging if it is in good condition. Otherwise, please ensure the returned items are well-protected during transit.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 3 to 5 days after receipt. Please note, that refunds exclude original shipping costs and can take up to 14 days to be credited back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds may appear instantly, whereas bank and credit card refunds may take longer.

No Exchanges, Only Refunds We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please place a new order for your replacement product immediately after initiating your return.

Additional Notes

  • No Prior Contact Needed: Simply send back your return with the completed form. Returns without accompanying paperwork will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

  • Postage Costs: Postage costs are non-refundable. Ensure that your return is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.

MissED DELIVERIES

What Happens If You Miss Your Delivery?

If you are not home to sign for your parcel or if there isn't a secure location for Australia Post to leave the package, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office.

Collection from Post Office:

  • Time Frame: You have 10 business days to collect your parcel. After this period, uncollected items will be returned to sender.

  • Identification Required: When collecting your parcel, please provide ID to verify that you are either:

    • The person to whom the parcel is addressed (the 'addressee')

    • Someone authorised to collect on the addressee’s behalf

Unclaimed or Incorrectly Addressed Orders:

  • Redelivery Fee: Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to pick up from the Post Office, will incur a redelivery fee of $10.00.

  • Refunds: If you opt for a refund instead of a redelivery, please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
